Homemade Kekstra Recipe with Black Mulberry Extract

💫 1 Egg
💫 Half a tea glass of olive oil
💫 Half a tea glass of yoghurt
💫 6 tablespoons of apple juice
💫 Whole wheat flour (1.5 cups with controlled addition)
💫 1 teaspoon baking soda or baking powder
For the jelly; Zühre Ana Black Mulberry Extract and 1 teaspoon of starch are mixed until it reaches a consistency.
Its construction;
👉 Before starting to make the cake, we prepare the sauce and let it cool. For the jelly, we put the Zühre Ana Black Mulberry Extract in a saucepan and mix it with 1 teaspoon of starch until it reaches a consistency. Once it reaches a consistency, we turn off the heat and let it cool.
👉 When the cake ingredients are whisked and the consistency is reached (it should neither be too runny nor too stiff), pour them into greased molds and leave to bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees. (You can check the baking time with a toothpick.) 15 minutes will be enough. We take the cooled cakes out of the molds and pour the Zühre Ana Black Mulberry Extract Jelly that we have prepared on them. It is ready to serve, bon appetit!
