Right to Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party acting on your behalf, who is not the carrier, receives the final product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Taskgo Taxi, Vincent Van goghlaan 72/2 2033tw Haarlem, info@wenatur.nl, Telephone: +31 6 13265278) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. postal letter or email). You may use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send a notification stating that the right of cancellation has been exercised before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (but excluding any additional costs arising from your choosing a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery type offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless we have agreed otherwise; you will not be charged for this refund in any way. We may refuse to refund the goods before we have received them back or received documentation proving that you have returned the goods.

You must return or deliver the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days, from the day you notify us of your termination of this contract. The deadline is considered fulfilled if you return the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period. The costs of returning the goods are your responsibility. If the goods are diminished in value, you are liable for the loss if the reduction is due to use other than that necessary to verify their quality, features, or functionality.
