Shipping policy

There are no weight limits on shipping costs. Orders exceeding the amounts listed below are shipped FREE of charge to certain countries for our valued WeNatur customers. Your orders are prepared as soon as possible after payment and shipped via our contracted shipping companies DHL and DPD. After your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email. Please note: Delivery times may vary during public holidays and peak periods. For detailed information, you can always contact us via WhatsApp or our Instagram order line.

European Region 1 Countries (€4.90 / €12.50)

For Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, shipping is free for orders over €100. For amounts below this, the shipping fee is €9.90 for Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, and €4.90 for Germany.

For France and Ireland, shipping is free for orders over €125. For amounts below this, the shipping fee is €12.50.

European Region 2 Countries (€19.90)

Shipping is free for orders over €199. For amounts below this, the shipping fee is €19.90.

This includes the following countries: Austria, Poland, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Spain

European Region 3 Countries (25.90 Euros)

Czech Republic, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Bulgaria and Greece: Due to significantly higher shipping costs, extra service fees and expenses compared to other countries, the free shipping campaign does not apply to these countries.

Non-EU Countries:

Unfortunately, shipping is not available.

This includes: Turkey, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and all other countries worldwide not listed above.
